Jim Walsh

Chief Executive Officer

Jim Walsh is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with an extensive background in digital advertising and public affairs. 

 

Jim was honored to win the prestigious 40 Under 40 Award from the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) in 2016, highlighting his significant impact in the industry. With a keen understanding of the digital landscape, Jim has positioned these organizations at the forefront of the industry, offering cutting-edge solutions and services to a diverse range of clients in politics and the private sector.


Before his current roles, Jim founded several successful companies in the political technology and data-driven marketing industries. Throughout his career, Jim has been recognized for his expertise in campaign strategy, digital marketing, and targeted communications. He continues to make a significant impact on the public affairs and digital advertising sectors.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Jim currently resides in Washington, DC.

Matt Hedberg

Chief Operations Officer

Matt Hedberg is an innovator pushing the frontiers of advertising technology forward. His relentless work pioneering new digital advertising capabilities over twelve years has led to solutions that include: revolutionizing political data targeting with technology used by over 2,500 political campaigns and issue-advocacy organizations, developing member-level marketing attribution for HMO/PPO clients, and crafting an award-winning digital Point Of Care targeting solution.


Hedberg’s extensive private sector experience stems from leading the teams for politics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and telecoms for an adtech firm based in Boston in support of clients including Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Vertex.
Hedberg began his political career in Massachusetts serving a U.S. Senator before joining the re-election campaign. He went on to lead data and digital operations for the Massachusetts Republican Party’s entire slate of candidates and formulated the voter scoring methodology that underpinned Charlie Baker’s successful gubernatorial bid in 2014.

 

A graduate of Boston College, Matt currently resides in Washington DC.
